The property is ideally located in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise. It has a pleasant outlook and is situated in a quiet residential area away from the buzz of the resort, but close enough to be easily accessible on foot with bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
There are several beaches to choose from. Windsurfing, snorkling scuba diving and other watersports are all available from the nearly Las Cucharas beach. Costa Teguise has the benefit of the islands only golf course and the waterpark at Acualanza, which are only a five minute drive away. The property is well located for sight seeing, and there is a wonderful variety of places to visit.
Living and dining
The bright and airy living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas and an armchair. A television, dvd player and stereo with cd/radio/casette are provided should you choose to relax indoors.
The dining area includes a large pull-out dining table plus seating for six.
Bedrooms
Upstairs there is one double master bedroom and a twin bedroom with balcony, both with sea views. There are fitted wardrobes in each. There is a fully furnished second twin bedroom downstairs.
Bathrooms
There are two family bathrooms, one downstairs, one upstairs, both with bath and shower.
Kitchen and laundry
There is a well equipped fitted kitchen and outdoor laundry at the rear of the property. Facilities include fridge-freezer, full oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.
Outside
There is a fully furnished terrace adjoining the lounge suitable for with table, chairs and umbrella ideal for al fresco dining plus deckchairs and sunbeds for for relaxing in the sun. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool area which is easily accessible via steps or a ramp. There is a small balcony upstairs, accessible from the twin bedroom. Parking for two vehicles is provided at the rear of the property.
Additional facilities
A welcome pack is provided on arrival. A cot, highchair and stairgates are provided for families with small children. There is no extra charge for these facilities. An additional cot and or folding beds can also be provided at a small extra cost, increasing the sleeping capacity to 8. There is a safe provided for your valuables, free of charge.
Cleaning arrangements
The property is cared for by our managing agents on the island and they are easily contactable should you encounter any problems during your stay.
The property will be cleaned for your arrival and full weekly linen change is included for stays longer than a week. Towels are provided but please bring your own pool / beach towels.
